CSI is a NEBB Certified Firm that specializes in Cleanroom Services & Investigation for the microelectronic, bio/pharmaceutical, & other high-tech industries in Northern California. We have a combined 25 years experience in Cleanroom Design & Performance Testing.

CLEANROOM PERFORMANCE TESTING (CPT) SERVICES AVAILABLE

Services can be performed during construction, as part of periodic monitoring, or as specific audits.

• Airborne Particle Testing and Certification according to ISO14644-1, at particle sizes from 0.1µm to 5.0µm using Laser Particle Counters (LPC)
  

• Filter Leak Testing and Repair for ceiling, wall mounted, filter bank, or bench tested HEPA & ULPA filters using PSL or PAO challenge. If a test area is not available, we can provide a temporary Class-10 environment in which to test.
  

• Airborne and Surface Microbiological Testing
  

• Airflow Parallelism and Pattern Studies
  

• CDA (Clean Dry Air) Testing; Oil, Moisture, Microbials, and Airborne Particles
  

• Sound Testing - A Scale or Full Octave Band
